PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH US
By placing your order with us, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, we will not process your order.

When you place an order with My Roshe Jewellery, you are offering to buy the goods you order. There is no commitment from us to supply these goods, at that price, or at all, until we decide to accept your order.

Goods are subject to availability. We will tell you if we cannot complete your order (or part of it) from the manufacturer, within a reasonable amount of time.

Please be aware that prices for precious metal products are an estimate only, and can vary slightly at the invoice stage, depending on the actual weight and cutting tolerances of the finished product.

We require £100 deposit per wedding ring, then remaining to be paid at the collection day. Should you cancel your order (for any reason) after the order has been prepared for you, then you will not get your deposit back.
We take payments by cash or bank transfers only.

 

DELIVERY

All delivery times quoted are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery at any particular time or date. Delivery time depends on the precious metal being used for creating your product. As soon as we receive your order, we will inform you and arrange for you to collect it.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days to return the item in its original condition, but this must be agreed with us beforehand.

If there are any manufacturing faults, we will contact the manufacturer and, if agreed by them, your order will be returned to them for assessment. They will need to see the item before agreeing to any kind of fault-related credit.

We do not accept returns for bespoke, finished rings, polished, engraved, especially being manufactured rings.

We do not offer any alterations to the size of ordered rings. For this reason, please make absolutely sure (when requesting online) you know your ring size.

Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price of the date of invoice. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds. If you are returning the item by Royal Mail or a designated courier, use signed-for delivery and please DO NOT state anywhere on the envelope/package ‘Jewellery’. You, the customer, must pay to return an item. We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost or damaged deliveries if you use a different delivery option.

 

PRIVACY SETTINGS
When you use our service, you can trust us with your information. We want you to be clear how we are using your information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

 

My Roshe Jewellery will only collect data such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. The information we collect is what we need to process your order safely, efficiently and securely. We do not share any information you give to us with anyone else. However, there may be situations where we share your personal data with your consent, or as necessary to complete any transaction, or provide any service you have requested or authorized. For example, we share your content with third parties when you allow us to do so. When you provide payment data to make a purchase, we will share that payment data with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.

 

You have the right to have your personal data deleted from our system at any time, by sending us a written request.

My Roshe Jewellery makes every effort to put in place suitable precautions to safeguard the security and privacy of personal data, and to prevent it from being altered, corrupted, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties. However, My Roshe Jewellery does not control each and every risk related to the use of the Internet, and therefore warns customers of the potential risks involved.
